Mod library

Pick Minecraft mods and plugins by name and the panel installs them for your server’s exact version, with everything they depend on. Every mod on this page was installed and started together on our own servers before we listed it.

How to add mods

  1. In the panel, make a backup first. A reinstall can change files, so keep a copy of your world.
  2. Open Startup and find Mod library. Type the names from this page, separated by commas, for example: lithium, spark, chunky.
  3. Open Settings and choose Reinstall server. Your mods are downloaded for your version, along with the libraries they need.
  4. Start the server. The file empire-mods.txt lists what was installed and anything that was skipped, and why.
  • Any project on Modrinth works too. Use the name from its address: modrinth.com/mod/name. The installer skips anything that has no build for your version, or that only runs on players’ computers, and tells you in empire-mods.txt.
  • Updating: reinstall again and each mod moves to its newest build for your version. A mod you take off the list stays installed until you delete it from the mods or plugins folder.
  • Some mods also have to be installed by your players. Those are marked below.
  • Minecraft 26.3 is brand new. On Fabric, Paper and Purpur, everything below already has a 26.3 build except ModernFix and CoreProtect. NeoForge and Forge mods are listed for the version we tested.
